SAFETY: The St. Louis Region SCCA is committed to providing a safe event to competitors and also adhering to the terms of our partner and site provider, Gateway International Raceway. Actions that could put that relationship at risk and could lead to a safety incident or the loss of the event site will not be tolerated.
The St. Louis Region enforces the 2008 SCCA Solo Rule that states:
Section 1.3.2 k, Other Operating Requirements. Unsportsmanlike Conduct. Any Driver who drives unsafely at or near the event location, or displays unsportmanlike conduct, shall be disqualified.

All SCCA MEMBERS: You must bring SCCA card to prove you are a member or you will have to purchase a weekend membership.  We were forgiving at event #1 but will not be able to do that any longer.  If you have lost your card, contact SCCA membership department at 800-770-2055.

NOVICES: If you are a novice and want to compete in the 2008 Novice Championship - you need to make sure that Registration puts a N on your card and marks you that way in the computer.

STREET TIRE CLASS ENTRANTS: Street Tire Classes and car marking:  There is/was quite a bit of confusion on this with everyone at event #1. The proper marking for a street tire class is for the "T" or "L" to precede the normal solo class, e.g. "TAS" for AS Street Tire or "LASL" for ASL Street Tires.  The overall point of this is to ensure that what is on the computer screen matches what is on the car.

STS, STS2, STU, STX ENTRANTS: If you are in STS, STS2, STU, or STX (and the parallel ladies classes) you can't be in the street tire classes too.
